Overwhelmed 2 Organised (O2O) Refund & Booking Policy

Overwhelmed 2 Organised (o2odental.com) delivers practice management, administrative leadership, and organizational masterclasses tailored for non-clinical dental team members (Practice Managers, Deputy Practice Managers / Admin Leads, Treatment Coordinators, Aspiring Managers, and Practice Owners), operated by Dental Concepts.

1. Deposit & Seat Reservation

A deposit of £197 (or as specified during checkout) is required to secure your place at an Overwhelmed 2 Organised masterclass. Registrations are confirmed upon payment processing and receipt of a confirmation notice from Dental Concepts.

2. Cancellation & Statutory Refund Terms

Our cancellation framework complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and commercial practice standards:

• 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period: Online registrants have the right to cancel their booking within 14 days of purchase for a 100% full refund of the deposit, provided the event is not scheduled within 14 days of booking.
• Cancellations 14 Days or More Prior to Event: Cancellations submitted in writing 14 or more calendar days prior to the event date receive a full refund of the £197 deposit.
• Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Prior to Event: Cancellations submitted within 14 days of the scheduled masterclass are non-refundable due to committed venue resources, delegate workbooks, and catering preparations.

3. Colleague Substitutions & Event Date Transfers

• Free Nominee Substitution: If a registered practice manager, TCO, or admin lead cannot attend, you may transfer the seat to another non-clinical team member from your practice at no additional fee by emailing us prior to the event.
• Transfer to Future O2O Event: Written transfer requests received at least 7 days before the masterclass permit moving your registration deposit to a future O2O event date (within 3 months), subject to availability.

4. Balance Payments & Non-Attendance

• Balance Settlement: Any remaining course balance beyond the deposit must be paid prior to event day. Unsettled balances may result in seat forfeiture.
• Non-Attendance (No-Show): Unannounced absence on event day is classified as a late cancellation; no refund or credit will be granted.

5. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation by Organiser

If Dental Concepts cancels or reschedules an O2O masterclass due to severe circumstances, delegates will be offered:

• A 100% full refund of all fees paid (including the £197 deposit).
• Or a seamless transfer to the rescheduled date or alternative session.

Dental Concepts is not responsible for non-refundable travel or lodging arrangements made by attendees.

6. How to Submit a Refund Request

Please send all cancellation or refund requests to enquiries@dental-concepts.com. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment card/method within 5 to 10 working days.
